First template available: Employee Skills, designed to help teams visualize, compare, and better manage skills within the company.
With this template, you can:
- centralize employee skills,
- compare skill levels by domain,
- identify strengths and areas for improvement,
- leverage thematic views such as Languages, Data, IT, Development, Project Management, or Product Management.
The board also offers a Map view to visualize employees based on their location.
This new Human Resources category will be enriched in the coming weeks with other templates, particularly around employee onboarding and entry/exit management.
